Elakala Falls #1
Elakala Falls is one of the most picturesque falls in our region. Elakala Falls #1 is the first of four waterfalls on Shays Run in Tucker County within Blackwater Falls State Park. This waterfall is very easy to access from the Blackwater Lodge. There is a well-maintained trail to view the falls from below, as well as a very nice walkway to view from above. Elakala Falls #1 falls from a height of about 20 feet.
